How it works?

Terms and Conditions for $1000 Cashback Rewards Program

Eligibility:

• The program is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia and are 18 years or older.
• The referrer and the referee must both be eligible and must not be employees or immediate family members of Tinyhome QLD.

How It Works:

• The referrer refers a friend (the referee) to purchase a Tiny Home on wheels from Tinyhome QLD.
• Both the referrer and the referee are eligible to receive $1000 cashback if the referee completes the purchase and meets all the program requirements.

Referral Process:

• The referrer must submit their referral via the official referral form provided by Tinyhome QLD.
• The referee must mention the referrer’s name at the time of their initial inquiry or purchase.

Purchase Requirement:

• The referee must complete a purchase of a Tiny Home on wheels from Tinyhome QLD and make full payment. This cashback offer applies only to purchases of new Tiny Homes on wheels.

Cashback Distribution:

• The $1000 cashback for both the referrer and the referee will be issued within 30 days after the referee’s purchase is finalised and the Tiny Home on wheels has been delivered.
• Cashback will be provided in the form of a gift card, at Tinyhome QLD’s discretion.

Restrictions:

• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Only one referral reward is permitted per referee.
• Referrals must be genuine; fraudulent or invalid referrals will not be eligible for rewards.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• If the referee’s purchase is cancelled or refunded, the cashback rewards for both parties will be voided.

Modification and Termination:

• Tinyhome QLD reserves the right to modify or terminate this rewards program at any time without prior notice.

Liability:

• Tinyhome QLD is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in this program or the acceptance of the cashback rewards.

Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the referral process will be used solely for the purpose of administering this program and will not be shared with third parties.
