Frequently Asked Questions About Tiny Homes on Wheels

Finance, Delivery & Insurance

How much does your tiny home on wheel cost?

Our fully equipped, self-contained turnkey tiny homes on wheels start under $100,000 depending on the specific options and variations you choose.

What is your payment plan?

We provide a payment plan that splits the total cost into four instalments, each due upon completion of specific stages as outlined below:

– A 5% deposit to secure your order.
– A 25% payment to initiate the layout and color selection process and issue all drawings.
– A 55% payment to commence the manufacturing and registration processes all the way to completion
– A final 15% payment prior to delivery.

Please note, delivery incurs an additional cost, and estimated delivery expenses can be arranged during the quotation phase or throughout the construction process.

What payment method do you accept?

The 5% deposit is payable by credit card or bank transfer. Subsequent installments must be settled via bank transfer.

How can I finance my tiny home?

If you need financing, we suggest reaching out to Great Escape Finance to explore your options. They provide a 7-year loan with interest rates between 10-12%. For instance, if you borrow $100,000, your monthly payments would be around $2,000. Your borrowing capacity is based on your pre-tax annual salary. Your finance approval process can take from 2 days up to 1 week.

What is your tiny home trailer?

Our tiny homes on wheels are constructed on trailers manufactured in-house, ensuring full compliance with Australian road regulations.

How much does a tiny home weigh?

Our tiny houses on wheels typically weigh between 3.5 tons to 4 tons, varying by model and specific specifications. We strongly advise hiring a towing company for transport unless you have extensive experience towing large, heavy loads and possess suitable vehicles to ensure safe transportation.

Do you offer delivery?

Certainly! If your vehicle cannot tow a GVM greater than 3.5 tons, we collaborate with a trusted towing service that offers nationwide delivery. This service ensures full insurance coverage for transporting your Tiny House from our depot to your location. Delivery costs are separate, and an estimated delivery charge can be arranged during the quotation phase or as the build progresses.

Is site leveling necessary before delivering and positioning a tiny home?

Ideally, preparing a level site beforehand using a small excavator can simplify the setup process. If excavation is needed for the pad, it’s important to consider any necessary drainage requirements, which we can discuss during our design needs analysis.

Which insurance company can insure my tiny home on wheels?

When exploring insurance options, it is crucial to conduct thorough research. Review the policy details carefully, as some companies may not cover essential elements. Following the guidelines of the Tiny House Association, we recommend contacting the following insurance companies:

– Alliance
– NRMA
– RAC WA
– MHIA
– CIL
– oui
